As an Associate, you will be supported daily and encouraged to grow clinically, receiving the guidance needed to build confidence and independence over time. Our facility features 7 operatories and a robust hygiene program with 4 hygienists, providing a stable and busy environment for a community-focused doctor.Technology & Clinical ToolsWe stay at the forefront of modern dentistry to provide the best care possible. You will have access to:Same-Day Dentistry: Dentsply Sirona – CEREC PrimemillImaging: iTero ScannerTreatment: Laser technology for advanced clinical proceduresJob ResponsibilitiesCore Clinical Care: Diagnose and treat oral health conditions; perform procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, and extractions.Treatment Planning: Develop and present comprehensive, individualized treatment plans; examine X-rays and diagnostic tests to determine patient needs.Patient Connection: Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care; explain treatment options and risks in a clear, patient-friendly manner to build long-term trust.Team Leadership: Supervise and support dental hygienists, assistants, and front office staff; collaborate with specialists when necessary.Compliance: Maintain accurate patient records and strictly follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.Practice Growth: Monitor production goals and maintain efficiency in scheduling to support practice health and patient satisfaction.QualificationsEducation: Doctoral degree (DMD or DDS) from an accredited dental school.Licensure: Active Pennsylvania dental license (or eligibility to obtain one).Mindset: A desire for mentorship, a commitment to clinical growth, and a "patient-first" philosophy.Compensation & BenefitsPay Structure: % based on Collections.Compensation: Competitive and Dependent on Experience (DOE).Benefits Package:Paid Time Off (PTO) & Vacation401(k) Retirement PlanSick Time OffAre you ready to grow your career in a supportive, high-tech environment?
