Salary Range: $100K-145K annually
Job Description:
Lead the architecture and infrastructure of software systems in a growing, collaborative, and agile development environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable, secure software solutions

Guide team in Azure DevOps infrastructure setup and best practices
-
Translate client needs into technical requirements and user stories
-
Conduct code reviews and ensure software quality and performance
-
Mentor team members and support solution design in a hybrid/agile environment
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
6 years in software engineering, with leadership experience
-
Strong hands-on expertise with C#, .NET Core/Framework, and SQL
-
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure DevOps
-
Skilled in microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure setup
-
Excellent communication and team mentorship abilities
-
Agile/hybrid development environment experience

Nice-to-Haves:
-
Experience in the fintech space
-
Knowledge of additional languages (Ruby, PHP, Python, JavaScript)

Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, Angular, or React)

Background in small, fast-growing companies
