Location: 100% REMOTE (Must work EST Hours)

Duration: Full-Time Permanent

Salary Range: $100K-145K annually

Job Description:
Lead the architecture and infrastructure of software systems in a growing, collaborative, and agile development environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, secure software solutions

• Guide team in Azure DevOps infrastructure setup and best practices

• Translate client needs into technical requirements and user stories

• Conduct code reviews and ensure software quality and performance

• Mentor team members and support solution design in a hybrid/agile environment

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 6 years in software engineering, with leadership experience

  • Strong hands-on expertise with C#, .NET Core/Framework, and SQL

  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure DevOps

  • Skilled in microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure setup

  • Excellent communication and team mentorship abilities

  • Agile/hybrid development environment experience

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in the fintech space

  • Knowledge of additional languages (Ruby, PHP, Python, JavaScript)

  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, Angular, or React)

  • Background in small, fast-growing companies
