**Qualifications:**- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying.
- Proficiency with Topcon or Trimble GPS and total stations is essential.
- Experience in Construction Stakeout, As-built Surveys, Utility Line Route Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and Property and Boundary Surveys is required.
- Proficiency in Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D is highly valued.
- SIT/PLS certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
