What You’ll Be Doing In the Sales Representative Role:

• Deliver engaging, high-converting sales presentations to pre-qualified customers
• Build meaningful relationships with homeowners looking for home improvement solutions
• Take advantage of pre-set customer appointments daily - no cold calling or canvassing required
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and team-building sessions to sharpen sales skills
• Work closely with sales managers who are invested in your success
• Present with confidence and close with clarity
• Create tailored product packages to meet customer needs
• Manage the full sales cycle from introduction to close
• Communicate with the inside sales and management team during customer appointments to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We Are On The Candidate Search For:

• 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, solar, roofing, construction, client relations, face-to-face sales, retail, call center, inside sales, or public speaking is a plus, but not required. We provide full, comprehensive sales training
• Strong communication skills with a passion for connecting with customers
• Confidence in presenting to individuals and small groups
• A self-starter mentality and a proven track record of persistence and grit
• A desire to grow personally, professionally, and financially
• Ability to thrive both independently and in a fast-paced team environment
• Reliable transportation is required

Sales Representative Compensation:

• Base salary + uncapped commission bonuses on top of base
• First-year Sales Representatives typically earn $130,000–$150,000
• Top performers can earn $190,000+ annually
• Full-time hours
