Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crew Leaders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping and operating zero-turn riding mowers and transporting equipment with pickup trucks and trailers (6x12). This role involves leading a crew while completing a route of approximately 20-30 lawns per shift, ensuring each job is adequately completed and the safety of the crew and equipment.

Duties

• Complete a route of 20-30 lawns using a zero-turn riding mower and supervising a second crew member who will be trimming the lawns.
• Safely transport crew members and equipment with a truck and trailer (6x12)
• Utilize a zero-turn or stand-on lawn mower to make each and every lawn look beautiful in a quick and efficient manner.
• Manage a second worker, who will be trimming the lawns. Ensure they are taking proper safety precautions, and completing their task efficiently and effectively.
• Examine every lawn once finished mowing, ensuring every task is completed. It is also expected that you look out for any general landscaping maintenance or improvements and report any/all findings to management.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required
• Experience driving hitched trailers and using zero-turn or stand-on mowers.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in completing tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
