Role:

We are seeking a motivated Financial Data Analyst to support financial reporting, analysis, and data visualization across multiple business units. This role is ideal for someone that is eager and excited about using Python and Power BI to improve how finance teams understand the business—and who wants exposure to different operating companies and leadership teams.

This is a developmental, bench-building role designed to grow into broader finance leadership opportunities over time, including business unit finance management or corporate finance roles.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to support financial and operational decision-making

• Use Python to automate reports, clean data, and improve analysis workflows

• Support core finance activities such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly close

• Partner with accounting, operations, and leadership to translate data into insights

• Rotate across different business units to learn the full organization and its drivers

• Help improve adoption of modern analytics tools across the finance team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field

• Hands-on experience with Python and Power BI (academic, internship, or professional)

• Strong critical thinking skills, someone who enjoys figuring out the “why,” not just the “what”

• Comfortable working with ambiguity and willing to learn different parts of the business

• Curious, proactive, and excited about using data to make finance better

Working Situation:
This will be hybrid with 2 or 3 days a week in the office
