Payroll-HCM & Client Representative

Position: HCM/Payroll & Client Representative

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing top-tier support via phone and email
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and system-related issues in our HCM platform (PrismHR)
• Guide clients through payroll processing, tax filing, and compliance questions
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions (including new hires, terminations, deductions, garnishments, etc.)
• Generate and maintain reports for internal and client-facing use
• Import and manipulate client data with precision
• Meet company response and resolution timelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to relationship-building activities

Who You Are:

• A client-focused professional with 3–5 years of payroll experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• A problem-solver with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Detail-driven, deadline-conscious, and capable of managing multiple client expectations
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

  Bonus Points For:

• Experience with report writing tools and general ledger functions
• Familiarity with 401(k) plan administration
• Knowledge of PrismHR or similar HCM systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, if needed
