Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver
We are seeking recent CDL school graduates in Reading, PA to join our expanding Eastern fleet. This opportunity offers paid training, mentorship, and a pathway to develop a long-term driving career.
Compensation and benefits include:
- $1,600–$1,800+ weekly
- Paid every Friday
- Paid training for a full month

Position details:
- Predictable regional routes operating from Reading and surrounding areas
- Approximately 3,000 miles per week
- No-touch dry van freight
- Most loads are drop-and-hook
- Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
- No slip seating
- Support from dispatch 24/7
- Home time options with flexible schedules to help maintain work–life balance:
- Home weekly
- Home every other week
Training program:
- Paid training available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
- Assigned mentor during training
- Focus on safety and building on-road experience to prepare drivers for independent operation
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
- Satisfactory driving record
- Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
- Available to start as soon as possible
