Diesel Mechanic, 1st Shift * Levittown, PA

Diesel Mechanic – Full-Time | Levittown, PA | $28–$48/Per Hour

Are you a Diesel Mechanic looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a company that values its employees? Veltri, Inc., a trusted name in transportation for over 50 years, is expanding its maintenance team in Levittown, PA.

Shifts Available: Day

Locations:

• Levittown, PA - 7:30 to 4:00 pm, 1st Shift
• Levitown, PA – 9:00 to 5:30 pm, 1st Shift

What You’ll Do:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty tractors and trailers
• PA inspection certification
• Strong computer data entry tracking skills
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and state/federal inspections
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, air & hydraulic brake, tire, and wheel issues
• Handle on-site repairs and road calls as needed
• Utilize company-provided shop tools and service truck
• Work independently with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide excellent service to our drivers and customers.

What You Bring:

• Experience with diesel engines, heavy-duty vehicles, and preventive maintenance
• Own set of tools (required)
• Valid CDL A preferred or B license —or willingness to obtain one
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
