Job Title: Temporary Data Entry Clerk

Type: This is a temporary position for the summer - hours can range between 30-40 hours per week

Fresh Roasted Coffee LLC. is a rapidly growing specialty coffee roasting and manufacturing company dedicated to crafting the freshest, highest-quality coffee for customers. We are looking for a dependable and detail-focused Data Entry Clerk to support our daily operations by accurately recording production data into spreadsheets and our ERP system. This role ensures that all production, packaging, and inventory information is correctly documented and accessible to help drive operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter daily production data from paper or digital reports into spreadsheets and ERP systems.
• Review production records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Communicate with production team members to clarify any discrepancies or missing information.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for production records.
• Generate reports and summaries from production data as requested.
• Collaborate with the operations and inventory teams to ensure data alignment across systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data formatting; ability to analyze and interpret numerical data.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo experience a plus).
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with production teams.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
