SAP Reporting Analyst / Sales Support
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Pay Rate: $35 per hour
Duration: 12 months

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented SAP Reporting Analyst / Sales Support to join a dynamic team. If you're passionate about supporting sales teams and working with data analysis, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide valuable sales and marketing support to the commercial team and independent sales representatives, including pricing and margin analysis, forecasting, and pipeline analysis.
Assist the sales team with daily customer service and sales operations tasks, such as managing LCM/NDA documents, handling technical inquiries, following up on orders, arranging samples, tracking payments, and completing various surveys/questionnaires.
Serve as a lead catcher, performing lead vetting, initial quoting, and updates in the C4C system.
Support opportunity management efforts by tracking and reporting on sales opportunities as needed.
Handle SAP-related tasks, such as data mapping, setting up new materials/customers, and ensuring smooth approval processes for the sales team using SAP or SF platforms.
Manage small volume long-tail inside accounts and transactional accounts, working closely with account managers to nurture the growth of new small accounts.
Provide assistance with MarComm logistics when needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in digital platforms and business software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals.

Experience & Education:

Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
Recent graduates with an Engineering or Science background are encouraged to apply.

Additional Information:

This is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite in the Pittsburgh office and 2 days remote.
Strong communication skills in English are required, including the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams and clients.
