As a Product Owner III within PNC's Commercial Real Estate organization, you will be based in either Little Rock, AR or Kansas City, MO. Enterprise! Implementation Product Owner III is subject matter expert participating in new client implementations and the adoption of new product features with existing clients. This role also assists in building and disseminating product knowledge and documentation in support of periodic multi-tenant product releases. This role works with internal groups such as Technology Crews, Release Management, Account Management, Application Support, and the Implementation Team as well as Enterprise! prospects and existing clients to: - Provide/facilitate product demonstrations and training when requested - Drive Enterprise! implementations and the adoption of new product features - Resolve questions or issues reported by Clients - Advise Clients on system usage - Review release notes & be prepared to explain them to clients - Update product documentation as needed The role utilizes the following skills: - Commercial Real Estate knowledge/experience - Accounting or finance knowledge/experience - Self-starter is probably the most important aspect - Creative. Comfortable starting with a blank slate - Comfortable working with and communicating with clients - Understanding/experience with building and delivering software functionality incrementally in an Agile/Scrum framework. - Experience with a RDBMS like SQL Server for building queries and analyzing data - Product documentation writing experience - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with Microsoft technologies - Open to travel (up to 10% of time) This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations. Ensures the Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities based on business value. + Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to ensure a successful product for business objectives. + Accountable for the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Prioritizes and leads grooming of the product backlog. + Works closely with the Scrum Master(s) and development team(s), to ensure the right items are focused on during the development process. Primary point of contact for questions from the team(s) and is empowered to make decisions. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. **Education** Bachelors **Certifications** No Required Certification(s) **Licenses** No Required License(s) **Pay Transparency** Base Salary: $65,000.00 - $157,300.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
