Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor position, in Clinton, PA, is an essential part of the team, supporting daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. JOB DETAILS: FULL TIME, MON - FRI start time 1400, $23/HR, PAID WEEKLY. MEDICAL/DENTAL/VISION/LIFE/401K AFTER 90 DAYS. PTO AVAILABLE
Responsibilities
- Oversee 3 employees
- Working with inbound local and outside carrier freight
- Involves ensuring proper weight and dims, as well as, labeling and communicating with customers
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and movement within the facility
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and warehouse activities
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
- Support inventory management and organization of stock
- Work collaboratively with Ops Manager to plan outbound trailers
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse operations or a similar environment
- Able to operate computer with Microsoft Outlook skills
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to safely lift heavy loads
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
- Prior experience in supervising shipping and receiving is preferred
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test
