What you’ll do

As the creative force, you’ll shape the future of residential architecture in the Lehigh Valley. Your work won’t just fill blueprints—it will define our reputation, inspire clients, and set a new standard for innovation and craftsmanship.

• Own the Client Experience: Meet with prospective clients, listen deeply, and translate dreams into confidence-inspiring concepts
• Create show-stopping designs that balance innovation, feasibility, and budget
• Leverage technology using advanced 3D tools to deliver immersive walkthroughs and next-level presentations
• Lead in-office collaboration, energizing daily operations, and partnering with our build team to lay the foundation for a growing design team.
• Manage the details, producing concept drawings, detailed costing sets, and construction drawings that meet code and pass inspection. Attend pre-construction meetings and check in during builds to ensure design integrity

What you need to thrive in this role

• Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience with a strong residential portfolio
• Innovative, forward-thinking designer and creative problem solver who balances thought-provoking ideas with constructability and budget realities.
• Driven and self-motivated, with the ability to stay organized and inspire others in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional client engagement skills—a great listener and communicator who builds trust and makes the process exciting and stress-free
• Mastery of design software and 3D visualization tools to deliver immersive, jaw-dropping presentations
