Office Assistant
Job Title: Office AssistantJob Description
The Office Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the facility, representing the company with the utmost level of customer service and professionalism.
Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate contact or department.

Greet visitors at the front door and assist them with their visit.

Enter new customer orders in NetSuite.

Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.

Maintain the office calendar by scheduling meetings and appointments.

Train on assisting with invoices and customer contact for past due payments.

Work directly with the CFO to assist with administrative tasks.
Essential Skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-
1+ year of administrative or office experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
-
Preferably have experience from a smaller company.
-
ERP experience is a plus, with a preference for NetSuite.

Desire to investigate and understand system processes.
-
Possess a continuous improvement mindset.

Ability to work well individually or as part of a team.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Work Environment
The position is located at the front desk in a smaller company with a family-feel atmosphere. The work environment encourages flexibility and a willingness to assist wherever needed, beyond the job description. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The dress code is business casual, with jeans permitted.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Emigsville, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
