Join our Franchise Development Team this summer and play a key role in connecting future entrepreneurs with the CertaPro Painters® opportunity. You’ll be the friendly voice our prospects hear and the organizational glue that keeps our pipeline humming. This hybrid role requires on-site attendance two days per week, with the option for one day of remote work from our corporate office in Audubon, PA.

What You’ll Do

(Up to 20 hours / 3 days a week)

• Call leads to set introductory meetings for our Franchise Development Team
• Update our CRM with touchpoints—calls, emails, notes, and next steps
• Keep our team on track with quick reporting, organized files, and an eye for follow-ups

What You Bring

• A smile over the phone and the confidence to speak with executives and first-time entrepreneurs
• Strong organizational skills—you juggle multiple tasks without dropping details
• Proficiency with CRM tools (FranConnect experience is a plus, but we’ll train)
• Self-starter attitude and willingness to learn fast in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site at our Audubon, PA corporate office up to three days a week through September 1.
