Outpatient Therapist - Carlisle & Chambersburg - Fee for Service

Cachara and Associates LLC is a small private psychology practice with offices in Carlisle and Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Our practice specializes in working with children, adolescents, and their families. Our team consists of licensed therapists with expertise in trauma-focused therapies, women's issues, disordered eating, autism spectrum and behavioral health concerns.

Role Description

We are seeking two licensed therapists to join our thriving and collaborative group practice. Positions are available in both our Carlisle and Chambersburg offices.

This is a full-time position offering a hybrid model of in-person and telehealth sessions. Clinicians will provide individual and group therapy to a diverse caseload using evidence-based treatment approaches consistent with their training and clinical orientation.

Caseload Expectations

Full-time clinicians typically maintain 20-25 clinical sessions per week.

Our practice has an established referral base, allowing clinicians to build and maintain a steady caseload.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must:

• Hold a current Pennsylvania license as one of the following:
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Candidates who are close to completing licensure requirements will also be considered.

Additional qualifications include:

• Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
• Use of trauma-informed and evidence-based treatment approaches
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Maintain professional liability insurance
• Meet Pennsylvania requirements for background checks and clearances
