Job Summary The Collections Operations Specialist Tier I will support the department it is assigned to by carrying out general clerical duties. Essential Functions

• Copy data and compile records and reports.
• Tabulate and post data in record books.
• Record orders for merchandise or service.
• Operate computer terminal to input and retrieve data.
• Operate office machines such as typewriter, adding, calculating, and duplicating machines.
• Open and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum 1 year experience performing clerical and office administrative duties required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Superior communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Multi-tasking with a strong attention to detail
