Bartender

Neos Americana is seeking a seasoned bartender to join our opening team, someone who brings professionalism, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to hospitality. Core Competencies:

• Strong working knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
• Ability to clearly and accurately explain drinks and ingredients to guests
• Proficient in service steps for cocktails, neat pours, and full wine presentation
• Foundational understanding of food and beverage pairing
• Comfortably and ethically upsells beverages and engages with guests
• Familiarity with inventory practices and POS systems
• Can anticipate the needs of the bar and maintain mise en place with pride
• Maintains composure during high volume service without compromising quality
• Collaborative, coachable, and respectful toward leadership and teammates
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

This position requires:

• Punctuality and reliable attendance
• Ability to lift and carry bar-related items
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
• RAMP certification
