A respected full service restaurant is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and help create a consistently strong guest experience.

This is a hands on leadership position for a hospitality professional who understands that great restaurants depend on strong teams, attentive service, consistent standards, and disciplined execution.

The right candidate will be comfortable leading a busy dining room, developing employees, managing restaurant performance, and working closely with the leadership team to continually improve the operation.

What You Will Do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure consistently high service standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop front of house team members and managers.
• Create a welcoming and professional environment for guests and employees.
• Manage service during peak periods and ensure smooth coordination between front and back of house.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintain high standards for hospitality, cleanliness, food quality, and restaurant presentation.
• Monitor labor, staffing, sales, and other key operating metrics.
• Work closely with culinary leadership to ensure consistent execution and communication.
• Support inventory management, purchasing, cash handling, and cost control initiatives.
• Conduct pre shift meetings and provide ongoing coaching to improve service and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards.
• Serve as manager on duty and take ownership of the restaurant's performance when needed.

What We Are Looking For

• 3 or more years of progressive restaurant management experience.
• Strong background in full service, upscale casual, polished casual, or chef driven restaurant environments .
• Proven ability to lead and develop hospitality teams.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, guest service, and cost controls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong guest recovery and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to remain composed and organized during high volume service.
• Hands on leadership style with a genuine commitment to hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for service and restaurant presentation.
• Stable career history with demonstrated progression and meaningful tenure.
