Hourly Rate : 80-90/hr on W2

Job Description:
Lead the design, development, and architecture of scalable software and data engineering solutions for the client.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement complex software systems and applications
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure system stability
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements
- Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10 years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with React, Angular, Django, or Flask
- Experience with API frameworks such as Spring Boot or Express
- Strong SQL and database design/optimization experience
- Strong application architecture and design pattern knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Docker and Kubernetes experience
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud experience
- Infrastructure as Code experience with CloudFormation or Terraform
- CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bamboo
- Agile or Scrum experience
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Master's degree
- Experience mentoring junior engineers
