What You'll Do
As a Bilingual Insurance Representative, you'll work with both prospective and existing customers to provide personalized insurance solutions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
• Generate new business through lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting.
• Educate customers about insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend customized insurance solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Assist existing clients with policy reviews, coverage changes, and account servicing.
• Cross-sell additional insurance products to better protect customers and strengthen client relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and customer service goals.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English .
• Previous sales experience in retail, banking, automotive, telecommunications, hospitality, insurance, or another customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Previous insurance sales or customer service experience.
• Life Insurance License is a plus.

Don't have an insurance license? That's okay! We're happy to consider candidates with strong sales experience who are willing to obtain their insurance license with our support.
