Scheduling Coordinator (Hourly)
Company Overview:
Sherwood Bedding is seeking a Schedule Coordinator to join our team. As a leading provider of high-quality bedding products, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and accurate product shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, warehouse, and logistics, to optimize shipping processes and resolve any issues or delays.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipping status and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping activities, including tracking information, delivery confirmation, and any discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock is available for shipping.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in pocket coil manufacturing (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using shipping software and systems.
We offer a full-time position with competitive benefits, including dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. The schedule for this role is an 8-10-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with possible weekend availability.
