Handyman/Laborer

Duties:
- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and some commercial settings
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine the best course of action
- Repair or replace faulty equipment, fixtures, or systems
- Install new equipment or fixtures as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Repair & Maintenance Construction or similar role
- Proficient in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and general construction maintenance
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and address their concerns
- Active drivers license & ability to drive different fleet vehicle types
- Bring own set of tools to complete majority of maintance calls
- Ability to independantly assess, communicate parts that are needed, and fix majority of rental property issues
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial settings. Your duties will include responding to service requests, conducting inspections, repairing or replacing faulty equipment, and collaborating with other team members.

To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Maintenance Person or in a similar role. You should be proficient in a variety of maintenance tasks. Strong customer service skills are essential as you will be interacting with clients on a regular basis. Fluency in English is required and Bi-Lingual with Spanish is prefered. There is signifigant room to grow as part of the core-team working for a large residential build out of many residential units.
