Construction Scheduler Bruce & Merrilees - New Castle, PA

We're looking for a Construction Scheduler to support our Electrical Services and Transportation Groups , turning project plans into efficient, resource-loaded timelines using Primavera P6 . This is a high-impact, collaborative role that shapes project success from the start.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage detailed schedules using Primavera P6
• Align labor, materials, and subcontractors across projects
• Monitor progress, track critical path activities, and mitigate delays
• Collaborate with project teams, estimating, procurement, and field leadership
• Provide clear schedule updates, insights, and recommendations

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years in construction scheduling (civil/electrical preferred)
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Excel, MS Project, and ERP tools (Vista a plus)
• Strong communication and planning skills
• Understanding of construction sequencing, WBS, and resource planning

Preferred

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with project controls and infrastructure projects
