Business Unit/Department: Pressure Management and Isolation and Valve Actuation
Location: Lawrence, PA
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review customer purchase orders to confirm pricing, terms, and schedule align with quotation.
- Acknowledge, process, and monitor customer purchase orders.
- Submit and monitor ECI purchase orders to vendors to ensure on-time delivery to our customers.
- Invoice customers per agreed terms and customer requirements.
- Communicate with customers on possible delays or order changes.
- Work closely with account managers, inside sales, and other ECI business units to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Cross train with other ECI business units and reception to assist as backup, as necessary.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will possess a bachelor’s degree, preferred, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in order management or customer service environment.
- Will have the ability to multi-task
- Will have the ability to work on a team including the gathering and disseminating of detailed information.
- Will provide excellent oral and written communications.
- Will possess desire for continual training and education.
- Will have a strong work ethic.
- Will have the skill to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Will have high computer application literacy including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn our internal business system.
