IT Intern

Koble is looking for an IT Intern to provide direct technical support and assistance to Koble staff for network, hardware, and software issues. This is a great role for someone looking to get started in their IT career.

Within the Koble network environment, we utilize Windows and Mac operating systems. Duties will include installing and maintaining both computer systems on Windows and Mac machines. The IT intern will also be assisting with networking issues. Koble provides a wide variety of technical opportunities with many areas to develop skills, from network engineering, system administration, and SQL database administration.

This is a part-time paid position. You would need to work from our Lancaster, PA office.

In this role you will be responsible to:

• Provide hardware support and troubleshooting to internal employees

• Set up equipment for new hires

• Ship products to employees and clients.

• Develop an understanding of Koble computing environment

• Participate in technical knowledge growth training (Azure, Microsoft Office 365)

• Handling AV for both on-site and off-site events
