Capital Reserve Analyst
DMA Reserves Inc. is a growing company headquartered in Richmond VA that has a full-time position available for a Capital Reserve Analyst. Candidates should have an architecture or engineering degree. Bachelor degree will be considered; professional degree is a plus. We need a self-driven, curious, responsible person who can meet deadlines and performance standards, and enjoys working with people. Work from home is permitted – candidates do not need to relocate to Richmond.
DMA’s provides Capital Reserve Studies to Common Interest Associations such as Property Owner Associations, Residential and Commercial Condominiums, Country Clubs, Marinas, Churches, and similar properties / facilities, and we presently serve clients from New England to Florida on the east coast. We observe, quantify, and assessing the condition of capital assets in these properties and project their replacement costs and estimated useful lives. This includes exterior and interior building components, exterior property improvements and mechanical, plumbing, and electrical equipment and systems. We then assist our clients in developing a plan to fund these future replacements. We will train you. Prior working experience in some or all of the above areas is a plus. Excellent English language skills – verbal and written, are required.
This work requires travel using your own vehicle, generally within a 150-mile radius, for which mileage is compensated. Occasional projects may require longer travel which will be arranged by the company. Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, must have good communication and writing skills and be able to work directly with, and maintain good relations with clients.
Salary range: $70k - $90k depending on experience. Health insurance is included.
