• Line experience at a high volume restaurant
• Willingness to learn
• Understanding of general cooking techniques, food handling, and preparation
• The ability to collaborate with teammates
• The ability to stay organized and multitask

Line Cook Responsibilities

• Report directly to Sous Chefs and Executive Chef
• Interact professionally with your teammates
• Keep dry storage and walk-ins clean and organized
• Working service
• Keep up standards of food quality and restaurant cleanliness
• Keep your station and uniform clean
• Open or Close your station to the highest standard
• Additional responsibilities as directed
• Contributions to a family meal
• Occasional heavy lifting
• Deep cleaning
