Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift assignment in a Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care setting. This role involves supervising nursing staff, coordinating resident care, and ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes during overnight hours.
Assignment Details:
- Start Date: 04/22/2026
- Duration: 6 Weeks
- Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure proper staffing coverage
- Monitor, assess, and evaluate resident conditions
- Coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and update care plans
- Act as “Manager on Duty” during night shift
- Respond to emergencies and ensure resident safety
- Communicate effectively with residents and families
Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania RN License (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience (LTC/SNF preferred)
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with EMR systems (MatrixCare/Meditech preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Additional Information:
- Holiday coverage required
- Physical ability to assist with patient care (lifting up to 30 lbs)
- Must be able to respond quickly in emergency situations
