Licensed Prosthetist / Orthotist (CPO / LPO) - Patient-Centered Care
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Prosthetist / Orthotist (CPO / LPO) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered prosthetic and orthotic care in Meadville, PA. This role focuses on evaluating patients, designing and fitting custom prosthetic and orthotic devices, delivering follow-up care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary clinical teams to improve mobility and enhance quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized prosthetic and orthotic treatment plans
- Design, fabricate, fit, and adjust custom prosthetic and orthotic devices for optimal function and comfort
- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and clinical staff
- Educate patients and caregivers on device use, care, and maintenance
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and medical records
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices
Requirements
- Licensed Prosthetist / Orthotist in Pennsylvania (LPO required)
- Certification through ABC (American Board for Certification) or BOC (Board of Certification)
- Experience in clinical prosthetics and orthotics preferred
- Strong patient assessment, clinical decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
