At the FQHC clinic, you’ll be part of a mission-driven dental team providing affordable, high-quality oral health services within a broader, integrated care environment. Dental services are being launched as part of a new site opening in 2025—located in the historic Brandywine Center alongside medical, behavioral health, addiction services, and enabling care. You’ll help establish this site’s dental footprint from day one, joining a trusted organization with decades of experience transforming community health.

Total Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Rate: Up to $85,000 based on experience and credentials
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for qualified candidates

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services including cleanings, exams, x-rays, sealants, fluoride treatment, and education
• Provide oral health counseling and coordinate with outreach programs (such as Head Start or school initiatives)
• Support clinical documentation, patient communication, and proper coding for billing
• Collaborate with the dentist, assistants, and broader medical, behavioral health, and case management teams
• Participate in clinic development, outreach, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
• English fluency required; bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are a plus
• Experience in public health, school-based care, or mission-driven dentistry preferred
• Must meet credentialing requirements and participate in accepted insurance plans
