Responsible for supporting and maintaining critical applications and related data processing platforms and services. Also responsible for application and platform SLA's against operational commitments. Responsible for application security & compliance, ensuring application & data integrity. Responsible for a large or multiple components of a domain, product, program, or a pod.

Roles & Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for providing operational leadership to support and maintain critical applications, data pipelines, processing platforms, and services.
• Partnering with users and product team to understand their application product operational needs; translate these into a support model for multiple products.
• Partnering with business and product team to define and tracks KPIs.
• Communicates operational status to users and leadership.
• Drives resolution of escalated items.
• Investigate root cause of severe and systemic outages, identify corrective actions and apply across the enterprise
• Develop availability measures that align with consumer experience to accurately assess the usability of crucial services
• Develop automated monitoring to address potential problems before they result in a service interruption
• Build capacity models to baseline transactional load compared to resource performance and leverage data to predict overall system capacity while automating load placement to avoid outages
• Develop response plans to potential failure points and evaluate effectiveness during planned tests
• Drive increased efficiency across the teams, eliminating duplication, leveraging product and technology reuse
• Perform comprehensive operational health checks of the entire services to identify areas of concern and track activities to drive improvements at all levels of the architecture
• Subject matter expert in processes and methodologies with ability to adapt and improvise in various situations. Expert in navigating through ambiguity and prioritizing conflicting asks.
• Provide technical coaching and direction to more junior teammates

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Application Operations or IT
• Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience

Note:

The base pay range for this position is $112,000 to $165,000 annually . The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on March 6th, 2026 .
