Program Coordinator/ Event Planner – Contract

Fully remote – EST preferred

Position Summary

Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of leadership development programs, volunteer engagement initiatives, and live/virtual/hybrid events at global and regional levels. Works collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality programming aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support planning and execution of leadership programs and events, including live, virtual, and hybrid formats
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Events, Marketing, Programming, and executive stakeholders
• Help ensure program content aligns with organizational strategy and regional priorities
• Integrate executive and leadership engagement opportunities into event agendas
• Support budget management and adherence to financial guidelines
• Maintain and improve operational processes and program documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Education, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience planning trade shows and online events.
• Event planning and/or production experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools
• Experience with virtual event/community platforms
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Project management experience preferred
• Fluent in English

Additional Requirements

• Up to 20% travel required
• Ability to support extended live event days as needed
