What You’ll Do

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons in STEAM and be willing to speak Spanish
• Create a warm, inclusive classroom environment that fosters exploration and confidence
• Adapt activities to meet individual learning levels and needs
• Collaborate with fellow educators, families, and school leadership
• Monitor children’s health and safety, maintaining a clean and organized space
• Document progress through observations, portfolios, and parent communications

Who You Are

• Passionate about early childhood education and committed to child-centered learning
• Educated: CDA, Early Childhood credential, or relevant degree preferred
• Loving and empathetic, able to form genuine bonds with young learners
• Reliable, punctual, and professional, with strong communication skills
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified)
