Business Support Analyst - Buffalo, NY or Erie, PA

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Agile Development teams by coordinating requirements, design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management activities. Provide business support for multiple technology systems including SAP, PeopleSoft, OnBase, NICE, etc. Conduct data mining and analysis to support internal/external requests and develop integrated reporting solutions. Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to document and submit system change requests. Develop and deliver communication/training materials related to system updates and defect resolutions. Additional Management areas of the department include Phone Center, Quality Assurance, Billing and Customer Accounting, Remittance Processing and Collections, Financial Controls/Reconciliations, Business Support and Walk-in Offices. Hybrid work schedule after training.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, or related analytics field. Capability to learn current and future software utilized by the company. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with SAP, PeopleSoft, and Power BI preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments to accomplish goals and objectives in a timely manner. Excellent communication skills to engage with all levels of the organization.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in data analytics and knowledge/experience with analytical tools and applications. Functional knowledge of various computer systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, and Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Word, and Outlook). Familiarity with Agile work processes. Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet performance goals.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The base salary for this position is $62,500 -- 78,000.

This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
