StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8;On Call Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00
This facility is seeking a Hematology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
· Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p + pager call 5p-8a
· Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
· Type of cases and required procedures: Leukemia/lymphoma & malignant hematology cases (will NOT see bone marrow transplant patients)
· Credentialing timeframe: 60+ days
· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
· Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pennsylvania Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certifications required. Must be Board Certified.
· Licensure required: Active Pennsylvania license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
