Job Description

As a Cleanroom Operatoryou will perform tasks to ensure OLED material is being produced in a safe manor and at high quality to be used by our customers in OLED manufacturing. You will work within a cleanroom environment to process (OLED) Organic Light Emitting Diode material. You will operate vacuum equipment, load raw materials and unload finished good material, and associated equipment. You will be in a manufacturing role and will report to the Production Supervisor at the Monroeville R&D center.

Paid Training is provided

Shift: M-F 8-4pm Occasional weekends

Responsibilities

Follow (SOP) Standard operating procedures and (BOI) Batch Operating Instructions

Follow all safety procedures, wear PPE, and report any safety issues.

Operate and monitor vacuum equipment in a cleanroom environment producing products used in the manufacturing of OLED screens.

Perform visual quality inspections

Package finished goods and support shipments to the customer

Report processing problems,

Support R&D experiments and report findings to R&D engineers

Keep a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

HS diploma is required

1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Or AS/BS degree in a technical field such as engineering, chemistry, engineering technology, manufacturing, or similar.

Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel or similar/equivalent Google software.

Strong attention to detail to record information into ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, JDEdwards or other databases

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Maintain high levels of efficiency and quality
