Bilingual Front Office Staff

Location: Keystone Women’s Care
S chedule: Monday – Friday | Full Time (40 hours/week) | No weekends or holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and provide phone coverage as needed
• Verify insurance coverage and update patient demographics
• Check patients in and out for appointments
• Collect co-pays and payments
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support the clinical team in expediting patient care whenever possible
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of experience in reception area duties, preferably in a medical office setting
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment
