Responsibilities for a Dishwasher with Phoebe Emmaus:

Responsible to wash and sanitize pots and pans in main kitchen received from transports of pantry kitchens. Responsible to wash dishes as needed in main dish room. Responsible to maintain trash removal and general floor care of main kitchen and adjacent areas. Must meet all regulatory requirements in performance of required duties. Responsible to perform daily / weekly cleaning assignments as defined on cleaning system guidelines. Responsible to receive and properly store all deliveries of food and supplies to assigned storage areas per regulatory standards. Assist Cook to support Resident meal service periods, as requested , to deliver menu product to serving pantry’s as needed. Must follow all safe food handling guidelines. Support café opening and closing procedures as requested per Cook.

Requirements for a Dishwasher with Phoebe Emmaus:

1. Two years of related experience and/or training in food production and service.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. One-year related experience in food service / dining hospitality preferred.
4. Hours: 12pm – 8pm.
