- Conduct timely follow-ups with new and existing clients.
- Deliver engaging presentations to highlight coverage benefits and value.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships built on trust and expertise.
- Handle objections confidently and close sales with professionalism.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the agency.
- Active Property & Casualty license and prior insurance sales experience (required).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for exceeding goals.
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to fostering a positive, team-driven culture.
