Job Description:

The Senior CyberArk and IAM Engineer will lead the implementation, administration, and optimization of CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) and IAM solutions across enterprise environments. You will be responsible for ensuring secure management of identities, privileged access, and compliance in both regulated and unregulated environments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain CyberArk solutions (e.g., Enterprise Password Vault, Privileged Session Manager, Central Policy Manager).

• Develop and enforce privileged access policies in compliance with standards (e.g., CMMC, PCI-DSS, HIPAA).

• Integrate CyberArk with identity providers (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP) and other IT infrastructure.

• Automate PAM processes using PowerShell or Python scripts.

• Lead incident response efforts for privileged access misuse.

• Support and enhance IAM tools, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and SSO/2FA solutions.

• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access controls.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide expertise on IAM and PAM practices.

Must-Haves:

• 10 years of IT experience, with 5 years focusing on CyberArk PAM implementations and IAM solutions.

• Expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, PKI, SSO/2FA.

• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., CMMC, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ITAR).

• Hands-on experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Java).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

• Active CyberArk Defender and Sentry certifications (preferred).

Skills & Soft Skills:

• Deep understanding of PAM and IAM principles, including least privilege and session monitoring.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to drive projects from concept to completion.

• Excellent collaboration and leadership capabilities.

Nice to Haves:

• Additional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Azure, CISSP).

• Experience with cloud IAM integrations (AWS, Azure).

• Familiarity with ITAR/GOV-controlled environments.
