Lawn & Garden Service Manager
Qualifications & Skills
● Education : High School Diploma or equivalent experience
● Experience : 3+ years’ experience in Service Department operations
● Skills : Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups
Familiarity with John Deere and competitive products is preferred
Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports
Excellent customer service skills
● Working Conditions : Ability to work extended/flexible hours that may include some scheduled Saturdays
