Compensation:

$16 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards, ensuring each dish is crafted to perfection.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure timely and efficient service, fostering a supportive and positive team atmosphere.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages to the kitchen manager, ensuring we’re always ready to serve our guests.
• Assist in the daily setup and breakdown of the kitchen, contributing to a smooth and efficient operation.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your culinary skills and advance your career.
• Ensure all food items are stored properly and labeled accurately, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

• High level of professionalism
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Customer service ensures every guest has an outstanding experience

Education And Experience Required:

• A minimum of one (1) year of à la carte, line cooking experience in a high-volume environment is required
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift at least twenty-five (25) pounds
• Ability to perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, pushing, lifting, and grasping
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
