Rate of Pay: $142,896 - $157,000/year

Job Duties: Provide monitoring and operational support for Guardian's secure managed file transfer system. Provide secure file transfer development and deployment, platform operations monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer service to partners. Monitor the ServiceNow ticket queue and event monitoring tools (Zenoss) for incoming incidents & requests. Perform investigation and/or troubleshooting of failed file transfer issues to resolve issue & determine root cause. Process all support requests within SLA by following procedural requirements. Escalate to support teams to ensure timely resolution. Thoroughly document steps taken to resolve incidents within ServiceNow tickets. Develop, document, and update standard operating procedures and knowledgebase articles. Participate in Bridge calls to share impact and recovery efforts related to file transfer failures. Prepare and deliver standard scheduled reports to provide visibility to service health, improvement, and automation opportunities. Identify and address repeating alert trends through problem management. Suggest defects and product/infrastructure enhancements to improve stability and automation. Perform Incident management based on ITIL principles. Set up file transfer configuration in Axway MFT. Manage Axway MFT Edge & Application Server to create and manage objects like, Boundary, Sites, Applications, Dropbox, Templates, Trading Partners. Creating trading partners, SSH remote profiles to establish end-to-end setup between client and vendor's applications. Install and upgrade Sentinel for file transfer monitoring and audit purposes. Create dashboards and correlation rules based on new business use cases in Sentinel. Develop reusable custom advanced routing templates. Install and configure Axway SecureTransport software in the AWS environment, including setting up security groups, private/public subnets, NAT Gateway, RDS service for enterprise cluster, load balancer using Terraform. Configure network perimeter (DMZ) Axway SecureTransport components.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Engineer, Infrastructure Service Management-related occupation.
