Position: General Manager
Location: Doylestown / Richboro
Job Type: Full-Time 50+ hours week
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and energetic General Manager to lead our full-service restaurant. We want someone with a great personality, strong leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality. The right candidate is hardworking, dependable, team-oriented, and willing to do what it takes to help create a successful and thriving restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
- Handle scheduling, inventory, labor costs, and restaurant performance
- Train and develop team members
- Resolve customer and employee issues professionally
- Work closely with ownership to grow and improve the business
- Lead by example and maintain a positive team culture
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Great personality with a positive attitude
- Hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work long and flexible hours when needed
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Passion for hospitality and team success
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
