Job Description

As a Security Officer - Facility Patrol Officer in Breinigsville, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts and/or responding partners, and provide outstanding customer service to drivers and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate status updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouse areas, trailer yards, parking lots, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.
• Control access at gates, docks, and entry points by verifying credentials, directing drivers to designated areas, and documenting arrivals and departures per site requirements.
• Complete accurate reports and shift logs, including unusual activity, incident details, and patrol findings, and escalate concerns through the appropriate chain of command.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
