Legal Assistant / Paralegal – Hybrid | Philadelphia, PA

Salary: $70,000–$86,000 (DOE)
A prominent Philadelphia-based plaintiff’s law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal to support attorneys on medical malpractice and personal injury litigation matters.
Position Summary:
This role will work closely with attorneys and manage cases through all phases of litigation, from inception through trial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and responses
- Manage case files and deadlines throughout litigation
- E-file within the Philadelphia court system
- Conduct legal research
- Assist with trial preparation and attend trials
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of medical malpractice/personal injury litigation experience
- Prior experience with the Philadelphia court system required xrczosw
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (BA/BS a plus)
