Student Services/Operations/Admin Assistant
The Student Services/Operation Leader/Admin Assistant position includes the following responsibilities:
- Assists School Director in the overall leadership and operations of the school.
- Assists students (incoming/current) with financial aid and payment plans.
- Process paperwork, maintain and organize student’s financial aid records/files.
- Manage school office functions, including kit/supplies ordering, student payments, and bank deposits.
- Perform general student services, including record keeping and attendance tracking.
- Oversee facility and equipment maintenance.
- Support the school administration and Director, as needed.
- Posses a positive attitude
- Be a flexible team player
- Effectively prioritize multiple tasks/projects
- Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrate upbeat, professional conduct towards students, co-workers and school patrons at all times.
