Dietary Aide

We’re hiring Dietary Aides to join our dietary department and help provide nutritious, high-quality meals to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment.
Available Shifts:
6a–2p
12p–8p
What You’ll Do
Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks to residents.
Set up meal trays, deliver meals, and ensure dietary preferences and restrictions are followed.
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dining areas, and workspaces.
Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware according to facility procedures.
Work collaboratively with the dietary and nursing teams to provide an excellent dining experience.
Follow all safety and infection control policies.
What We’re Looking For
Previous food service experience preferred, but not required — we provide training!
Ability to follow directions, work efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Dependability and attention to detail.
Working Conditions
Fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat, steam, and cleaning agents.
Requires standing, lifting, and bending throughout the shift.
May include weekend or holiday shifts as scheduled.
